Howard
M. Rosengarten started his law firm in 1968. His great experience in immigration
and other legal matters has brought him much acclaim for his innovative
approaches--leading to successful results for nearly 10,000 clients.
Howard graduated from the City College of New York, then Brooklyn
College Law School. He is admitted to practice before the US Supreme
Court, the US Federal Court, and has represented clients before
the US Immigration and Naturalization Service in all 50 states.
In addition, his experience in owning and managing various businesses
in the New York area have helped smooth the way for many foreign
workers and entrepreneurs wishing to establish themselves here in
the US. In addition to his regular clients, many other attorneys
regularly seek his advice.
Howard has been a member of the American
Immigration Lawyers Association since 1969, and regularly conducts
seminars and speaks on legal subjects. Howard lives on Long Island with his wife
and two dogs. He has two sons.
Bob
Cini has had over 15
years experience representing aliens in proceedings before the immigration
court and in other areas of law such as personal injury, bankruptcy,
real estate closings, family court and contested matrimonial cases.
He graduated Cum Laude in 1982 from John Jay College of Criminal
Justice, majoring in criminal justice and public administration.
He also graduated in 1986 from Antioch School of Law in Washington
D.C.
He is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, New
Jersey and Pennsylvania, and in the federal courts of New York,
New Jersey and in the Court of Appeals for both the Second and the
Third Circuit.
Bob has appeared before Federal Court Judges in detained cases
and in actions seeking mandamus relief and has argued cases and
motions before Bankruptcy and Federal Court Judges, as well as in
the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
On the State level, Mr. Cini has appeared and argued in Family
Court on custody and visitation issues and in the State of New York,
the New York State Appellate Division for the Second Department,
and in the Supreme Court of New York State.
Bob was an instructor in the paralegal program for Lehman College,
City University of New York.
Enrique
O. Guererro
became a
licensed attorney in the states of New York and New
Jersey in 1998. However, he actually began to work with the
Law Office of Howard M. Rosengarten in 1984 as an administrative
assistant during his high school years. Mr. Guerrero speaks fluent
Spanish and is keenly aware of the special needs of immigrant clients.
In 1989, Mr. Guerrero graduated from the prestigious New York Military
Academy in Cornwall-on-Hudson. He went on to obtain a degree
in electrical engineering from Rensselaer in Troy, New York in 1994
after working at General Electric in Schenectady, New York.
Mr. Guerrero thereafter attended law school at Ohio Northern
University where he obtained his law degree in 1997. While in law
school, Mr. Guerrero obtained the “Book Award” for immigration and
nationality law for obtaining the highest score on the immigration
law final examination. Over the years, Mr. Guerrero has successfully
handled many cases for clients and has always remained true to his
motto: “I will not agree to represent a client unless I am confident
that I can win the case”.
Mr. Guerrero resides in Brooklyn, New York and travels often
to his native Dominican Republic to visit his extended family.
Harvey
Fertig graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1967. He was admitted
to practice in the State of New York in 1968 and later admitted
to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States as well
as the Eastern & South District Federal Courts.
He is the former Counsel to the Speaker of the New York Council
and a former college instructor on Business Law.
Mr. Fertig Practices, business law, real estate law, criminal
and family court law. He has appeared in courts and argued cases
and motions on bankruptcy, family law, custody, visitation issues
and more, for over 37 years.
He is happily married with children, some of whom are Attorneys.
He is a grandfather and a member of the New York State Bar Association.
